A wonderful friendly service where nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shop is like an Aladdin's cave with everything from Balloons and bows to face paints, mascots an costumes. . The face painting is some of the best I have seen. If you need something a little different they try to cater for all your needs. Def worth a look for anyone planning a special event

We’ve had some lovely balloons from Rubys and Diamonds in the past and decided to book them for our daughters birthday for some face painting! Lovely friendly staff and excellent quality, lots of comments about how lovely the face paints were and a happy birthday girl! Thank you! X
