Adam replaced a regular boiler with a combi boiler. He was very polite, friendly and conscientious. He completed a huge amount of tasks with energy and enthusiasm. He explained the installation and boiler operation in simple terms that I could understand. He kept his appointment and the team kept me informed of his arrival times. Very satisfied customer.
