Very pleased with the product and customer service provided ... keep up the good work

Moved house a week ago to an OFNL estate and was concerned over which company to use, however after sending a couple of e-mails to potential providers the only ones to reply to me where Kinetic. They have been professional and helpful all the way through my house move with a great level of customer service. The router supplied worked perfectly and was pre programmed, signal is still amazing on the 2nd floor of the new house! The app to control the users, change SSID and password and other parental features is an added bonus. I would highly recommend them to anyone else moving to a closed fibre network.

Excellent customer service! Absolutely delighted with the way Darren H coordinated and managed our on-boarding. He was always there to help and very responsive to any and every query. Very good quality router and consistently good speed. They deliver what they say. Very happy I chose them. Highly recommend!

Very quick and efficient Internet provider. The customer care team was extremely polite and helpful when I had called to inquire about the service. The website is very detailed and has all the information required to subscribe to the network. I had subscribed with Kinetic Telecom only yesterday and got the router today morning. It was super easy and straightforward to get connected. The router was pre-configured and just had to be plugged to the OFNL setup. The internet speed it excellent and I am very pleased with the overall service.

Darren and the team at KTEL are one of the few businesses remaining that really care about excellent service.Any query I have had they have always had a prompt answer.Any OFNL outages they are more than helpful with updates. And pro-active about telling me about scheduled maintenance windows.I wish more businesses were operated with such high levels of excellence.They offer every product available and are extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products offered.I cannot think of how they could improve things really, all I ask is they never change.OFNL should cherish having KTEL as a front door broadband provider.

We've been a customer of Kinetic since we moved into our new build 2 years ago. I can honestly say they have the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Well priced, personal service, helpful, polite, quick to respond. If you are on the OFNL network I would recommend these without any reservation - it's a shame the network isn't more prolific so more people can get online with them!

Absolutely excellent service. We have broadband and a landline and was not only recommended as the service is so good but for cost too.

Excellent experience so far. Fast FTTH connection in a competitive price. Darren H. did an amazing job handling my transfer from another provider and answering any question/concern I had during the whole process! Definitely recommended!!
