Toby was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of football nearly matched that of real estate. He got me reservations in Florida, which at that moment were near impossible. He was thorough, trustworthy and a guiding hand when needed. He was tapped in to both sides and the title negotiator fits. He also didn’t mind doing the small things. Like shoving his phone up a flue in England so my American guys could get a look. He worked hard and kept things smooth when they could have been rocky. I found my flat in London through Savills and I lived there for 4 years.
