I just had a gel manicure done by Zey, and I absolutely love my nails! The service was also lovely and she was super chatty and the whole salon was super nice. Overall very happy customer!Edit: I loved my last experience so much I went back. This time I booked a trainee BlAB appointment, the woman was amazing and I was even able to get nail art. I was super happy with the experience and would definitely recommend a trainee appointment if you’re looking to save money as it was amazing value!

Went there on Sunday Jazz was amazing and fixed my nails, I had acrylics before and they were hurting me,and she did amazing took it all off and redone them as gel, I am so happy with the results I feel like I can look at my hands again.

Feel bad for this review as I wanted to say something at the time but didn't as I felt awkward, maybe that's on me.Firstly was incorrectly quoted for gel ombre nails, paid £5 more than quoted. Picked colours and sat down, everything was okay. Was shown an example of what the look would end up being, with a nice fade similar to the photos I showed as a guide, which would have been really nice!Unfortunately the final thing was not ombre and I was really disappointed. Its the first time I've been for a professional job, I've been doing gels and designs on myself for years. Was a shame knowing I could have done a better job myself and not paid £50...I would suggest if you can't do a particular service then don't say you can. If your techs can't do it that's absolutely fine, but to promise something then not deliver it is not good practice. I think the picture speaks for itself.I will say my friends had single colour manicures and they looked amazing, its just a shame mine weren't great. Have spent the evening filing the blue off as I didn't want to look at them anymore.

Initially has a bad nail job done and had left 1 star , however the owner made it right and I had a fantastic nail re-do by a lovely lady working. I would definitely recommend getting your nails done with bio gel by the tech who works on Tuesday’s, she’s a pro. Super happy leaving !

I absolutely love this beautiful salon in the heart of the city. All of the staff are so friendly and professional and I’m always so pleased with my nails :) I can never make up my mind but they’re always so patient and recommend different colour and product combos. Thank you ladies! Xxx

Always the best experience with Jazz. From lash lifts to brow laminations to nails, she gets it right every time. I always leave very happy with exactly what I went in for. 10/10 can’t recommend this place highly enough

This review is a warning for anyone who is a mum. I bought a birthday gift mani/pedi for my sister whose daughter become suddenly unwell overnight - she sent an email, called as soon as the shop opened to try and reschedule.1) they promised to call her back - they never did2) instead of demonstrating any basic compassion or understanding - like taking a percent of the fee already paid in full (I would have happily paid 15% and rebooked - this was not even offered) I was told the policy was 24 hour notice was required.- last I checked sickness is not something anyone can predict. It would make my job a lot easier.I called back - the first lady was nice but kept pointing me back to the policy. Eventually after I warned I would be writing this review - the second lady snatched up the phone and was incredibly rude; eventually slamming the phone down in my face after telling me she had a business to run and I had not used the service so I could not write a review without using the service.There was not even an attempt from either of them to show some basic compassion. Glad to see the Christmas spirit is flowing through this shop.Madam (i.e second lady) - service is not just the treatment provided during the appointment but the overall management and approach. It starts before a client walks in. It is in situations such as above that a business has the chance to shine and win over long term customers. In your case you flushed the lavatory.Would NOT recommend.
