I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Charleston Bathrooms, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish their products or customer service on my worst enemy.First off, let's talk about the customer service. It was abysmal. When I walked into their store, I was greeted by a disinterested and rude salesperson who seemed more interested in texting on their phone than helping me. They had no knowledge about their products, couldn't answer any of my questions, and seemed annoyed that I was even there. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being a potential customer. It was as if they were doing me a favour by allowing me to browse their pitiful selection.And speaking of their selection, it was laughably bad. They claimed to offer a wide range of bathroom suites, but in reality, it was a sad and limited assortment of outdated and unattractive options. It was like stepping into a time machine and going back to the 1980s. I couldn't find anything remotely modern or stylish. The designs were tacky, and the quality was questionable at best.To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for the subpar products they had on display. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. It was clear that Charleston Bathrooms was all about squeezing every last penny out of unsuspecting customers.But the icing on the cake was the delivery and installation process. It was a complete disaster. They missed the promised delivery date by a week, and when the bathroom suite finally arrived, it was damaged and incomplete. The installation team they sent was a group of amateurs who clearly had no idea what they were doing. It was a nightmare trying to get everything installed correctly, and I had to hire a separate contractor to fix their mess.In summary, Charleston Bathrooms is a complete and utter disgrace of a bathroom supplier. Their customer service is atrocious, their product selection is abysmal, their prices are outrageous, and their delivery and installation are a joke. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place. You will save yourself a ton of frustration and disappointment.

Our experience with Charlestown Bathrooms was an excellent one. The goods supplied to use were of a high standard and the customer service was second to none. Unlike other large commercial companies, Charlestown offers a personal touch with its customers. They delivered and fitted our suite on the agreed date and communication was great throughout. It's hard to find businesses these days where you can trust the sellars and not be ripped off. I would highly recommend these people and would definitely go to them again in the future.

An absolutely fantastic company excellent selection and the lads behind the counter couldn’t have been more helpful as I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in ….. although they don’t have their own fitters/installers they put me onto some one again who went above and beyond to accommodate all my asks !!! ……would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again !!

Charlestown Bathrooms are a great company to deal with. I cannot rate them highly enough. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Their showroom is full of fabulous ideas and the service they provide is personal and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. They helped me consider ideas that I previously hadn't thought about. They have so much product choice and access to ranges in all budgets, it's incredible. I found them great on price too. Their delivery staff were professional and respectful and their ethos of putting the customer first permeates through the whole company. They took the stress out of decision making, and I was very happy with my choices. They were flexible and I have already recommended them to friends and family several times. Thank you.

Great service and supplies and deliver exceptional products. We needed a complete new bathroom suite with tiling, they didn’t disappoint. They even moved a rather large stone bath up to the room, which was a lifesaver. They don’t fit , but they did put us in touch with somebody who did. Definitely recommend Charlestown.
