Ground Transfers
Excellent service provided. Customer service was superb. Due to air Canada keeping on changing my flight times constantly, after emailing ground transfers with updated times of collection and pick up, they were waiting for us. The cars were immaculate, both the drivers we very well dressed, professional, helpful and well mannered. I will definately be using the again. As I've said, they're excellent.

Excellent service. Our driver arrived on time and the car was clean and comfortable. We received a message before the car arrived telling us the location and helping us to see, in real time, where the car was. Our driver was a very skilled and safe driver, who knew the roads well and avoided all traffic (not a bad feat considering there was a train strike today!)Altogether an excellent service with a very friendly and helpful driver.

I’ve been travelling from Izmir to London for a meeting and returning a few days later.I arranged the taxi with Ground Transfers after I found them online. Lovely on-time service, the drivers were impeccable, nice Mercedes on both ways and excellent communication on every step of the booking.It's definitely the most recommended company to travel to in the UK.

First time using this company for business. I travelled from London to Portsmouth and the same day returned. The experience was great, from the very first call with Jessica and travel in exquisite cars with George and James. Loved the communication before the journey being provided with all the details and text messages when the drivers arrived put my mind at ease. Adele is fantastic! Brilliant taxi company, very reliable and tracking feature and regular driver updates is a great feature, highly recommended. We booked for collection after victorious and I was a bit dubious as I hadn’t paid a deposit. But true to word they were there, car was spotless and driver was super friendly.

Very polite driver. Nice warm minibus. Was able to take someone in a wheelchair. Very punctual and got us to our destination on time. The car was very nice and comfortable too. Will definitely recommend this company and will be using again in the future thank you
