The therapy helped to reduce the rigidity, caused by Parkinson’s disease.

Claire has helped me tremendously with pelvic pain which I had not been able to get help with via other routes. Claire found that my leg, back and core muscles were locked tight after months of intense exercise and were causing the pain and discomfort. These are now letting go and I no longer need to take painkillers. Claire follows up between treatments to see how you are, advises on self care and is always available if you have questions. I cannot recommend Claire highly enough.

After a really bad flare-up of lumber/ sacro illiac pain I went to see Claire in the hope someone could help take some edge off the pain I was suffering. I have spondylolisthesis which I have had many years and the process of finding relief via NHS was a slow process and hadn't really offered me anything new. Claire was really interested in what I had to say. A comprehensive assessment was completed and discussed at length. I was given time and understanding from the beginning by Claire. After my first session, the therapy was positive and gave me hope at long last that I was getting the help I needed. Not only was Claire supporting with the pain relief I had gone to seek help with but I also saw a big improvement with gerd (reflux). I have had more sessions since then and each time I have had improvement with my health and I was left feeling optimistic and hopeful for my future at long last. Something you definitely want after years of chronic pain. I will continue with the therapy in hope I will continually improve.
