Toby's knowledge and understanding of computers and all other modern technology is immense, and although I've been a pensioner for almost 20 yeas, he has always been extremely patient with me, and is quite prepared to work at my slow pace of learning.He obtained a suitable new computer for me and has set it up to make things as easy for me to learn as possible.Toby was recommended to me by my daughter, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in doing the same for others.

Toby is always willing to give advice and sort out one's problems. His knowledge is extensive and he can do whatever suits you. He has patience with those who don't know a lot and will make sure you are quite satisfied.

My wife and I both in our 80's, purchased a kindle and found ourselves quite unable to use it. In two sessions Toby from Synchronised Systemsunraveled the mistery of the device and we are now happily confiden in its use. I have just had the most helpful and useful session with a computer technician ever!!Toby is friendly and pleasant, whilst also maintaining a professionalism. He teaches as he fixes and then, instead of just leaving me with a lot of new knowledge that I cannot remember once he's gone, he lets me take the mouse and practice it so that I know how to do it!He spent ages sorting out my muddled system and at the end of it charged a very reasonable fee.I am an OAP but he did not talk down to me, he was just an excellent communicator.I would highly recommend him.

Toby from Synchronised Systems has been showing me how to use my laptop with great patience and first class tuition. I'm 90 years old and he keeps my emails and other thing ship shape. I can now enjoy sending photos I have taken from my digital camera to family and friends and receiving other photos back! I'd whole heartedly recommend him to anyone.
