I am renovating my cottage and have had major problems with the workmen.Paul came out and sorted out all my issues. Couldn't be more pleased.Would highly recommend them.

I had my boiler serviced by the lovely Frank! I had recently had a leak and as a single mum, don’t know anything about boilers!Frank Was punctual and very pleasant. He was respectful by wearing shoe covers when entering my house.The boiler service didn’t take long and I can rest in the knowledge that my boiler is in tip top condition. The Good Heating Co are a very trustworthy company to use. 5 Stars!!!

Again, as always, Good Heating come to the rescue for me. This time, it was the gas hob and extractor fitted. I have been meaning to get this done but just never got round to it, but Good heating were patient, they told me whenever I am ready and when I was, the penned a date, got someone out and got it done. There was an issue and they got someone out again to check and try to resolve.It isn't common where a company does a job, there is an issue and they come back out. Well Good heating did and always do.This is why I always stick with good heating to do my domestic jobs and have my boiler cover with them too.Thank you so much for all your support throughout and I know you are just a phone call away.

They have excellent customer services skills. Came out on time and did a brilliant job. They talked about the problems that caused my boiler to stop working. Everything I asked they was able to answer.When I was wasn’t sure about the boiler pressure they got back with a reply quickly and put my mind at rest. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again

The Good Heating Co provide a very helpful and professional service. Lloyd the engineer has done a thorough job on my boiler explaining clearly all aspects of the work done. I highly recommend them.

The Good Heating Company seem to be an impressive organisation. They have serviced and repaired my boiler, repaired the immersion heater and replaced a radiator thermostat. The engineers, Jamie and Lloyd, were very competent, polite and informative. The service, including my communications with the office, has been excellent. I can recommend without reservation

Can I please pass on my thanks to Paul who came to service my boiler today and was incredibly thorough even to the point that he contacted the installers to query something and they are coming to remedy it. He was brilliant.

The Gas Safe engineer Frank carried out our annual boiler service in a thorough and efficient manner. He arrived on time, was very polite and explained the work carried out in detail. Highly recommended!

The engineer Lloyd was polite and professional. He fitted a smart meter for me as well as sorting an issue with my boiler fitting (which was initially fitted by another company who no longer exist). He wore appropriate PPE throughout. I haven't had the bill yet but if it is as quoted it should be a very reasonable price for the work done.
