I recently contacted Inktec UK, re: advice on our Epson printers, James, who answered my email was fantastic. we were placing no order at this point, yet he took the time to answer all of our queries in quite some detail. in this day and age of internet autoBots usually replying, it was most refreshing, not to mention the fact we actually got the info we were after. hence our 4 star rating!!
