Outstanding. Had a broken stereo and was quoted £1200 by my local Skoda dealer in Winchester to replace it. Spoke to a few mechanics who couldn't do anything and was eventually recommended Satnav Systems, who were able to diagnose the problem in 30 minutes (for free!) and charged only £210 (inc VAT) to fix it, which they managed to do in roughly an hour. Great people, very knowledgeable and I can't recommend them highly enough!

My initial email enquiry to Sat Nav Systems was responded to very promptly with full explanations and several cost option's.On receiving my Skoda Yet infotainment system Sat Nav Systems sent me a full diagnostic report and options of different upgrades for additional services if required. Note, all repairs are guaranteed for 12 months, very re-assuring.I chose the basic repair and upgrade which comes with speed cameras, something not standard on a Yeti. My system was returned within two working days, what a service in this present age!All through my first time dealings with Sat Nav System's their prompt communications was very professional and re-assuring.I highly recommend Sat Nav Systems and would not hesitates to use them in the future if required.

I contacted Satnav Systems after my Golf Infotainment system screen suddenly went blank. Hamid responded on a Sunday and I arranged for a visit a few days later to investigate the fault and arrange a repair.Hamid found the fault and clearly explained the various options available and information on the guarantee. The costs were considerably less than the prices quoted by the VW main agent.The repair was carried out in under two hours during which time we were well looked after by all the very friendly staff and kept fully in the up to date on progress. The new unit was coded for my car and my wife and I were then fully briefed on its functionality.Hamid and his team were highly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to have their system repaired. The repairs to my infotainment system were done in under 90 minutes, whilst I sat in their comfortable waiting room. Fantastic work and customer service. They even upgraded the software on the unit at no extra cost. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The experience and service I received from Satnav Systems was second to none. I booked my 2020 Q7 vorsprung in to have the parking pilot and a front and rear dash cam fitted. From the start, communication with James was excellent and this continued right through, until after the installations were complete. When I dropped off the car, I was reassured by both James and Adam that my car (my pride and joy) was in good hands, following which James kindly dropped me back to the train station. There was great communication from James during the 2 days installation period so I knew exactly what was happening at all times. On picking up the car, I was delighted with the professional manner in which the installations had been undertaken, not a blemish on my beautiful car interior, which I was so relieved about. This is the third Audi now that I've upgraded using Satnav Systems and they have never failed to impress me. We are extremely pleased with the exceptional service we received from Satnav Systems, especially Hamid who handled our repair. We had an odd issue with our VW Golf infotainment system which we couldn’t find anywhere else that were confident of fixing the fault. I took my Audi A3 to James and his team at Satnav Systems LTD for a diagnostic, and they exceeded my expectation. Previously, another garage had trouble diagnosing the same problem. Satnav Systems swiftly diagnosed it as a Bluetooth module issue and fixed it, all while I waited, saving me a substantial amount compared to a quote from an Audi dealer. I highly recommend them for any infotainment repairs.

If you have any problems with your Satnav system then James and his team are the people to go to. I don't trust my dealership as they charge ridiculous prices and simply don't know what they're doing. James discussed everything very simply and updated the software and so far it has sorted my issues. And at a really reasonable cost. The dealership were going to charge more just for a diagnostic. James then followed up with a phone call to see if it still worked and I appreciated that. Shows they care which is a rare trait these days!
