What on earth is happening to people prescriptions?Why is this and most likely other chemists short of medications ?

If I could rate 0 stars I would, staff are miserable to customers, waited like I was asked for my flu vaccine for half an hour for them to do people that just walked in and enquired even though I had booked mine, walked out in the end! Would not recommend!

Just been last Saturday afternoon both hubby and I to have our Covid Vaccination jabs. Really well organised. Guidance throughout. Very clean and safe. Socially distanced at all times. Doctor really upbeat and helpful! Jab given by lovely nurse with care and kindness. Thank you for making this whole scary experience a lot easier! Thank you NHS and ALL volunteers working on the roll out at Woodside.

Just wanted to to say Well Done and Thank You! to all the staff involved with the COVID vaccinations at Woodside Pharmacy.Took my Mum and Dad for their appointments this afternoon.The whole process was efficient and safe and ALL the staff were friendly and so helpful. Everything ran smoothly and calmly.Mum and Dad enjoyed being allowed out! - but also appreciated the time the staff took with them, making them feel that they were not just a number on a vaccination conveyor belt.Thank you

If the one member of staff smiled her face would crack, if you don’t like customers don’t work in a public facing role! While I appreciate that times are crazy at the moment not every customer is there to be a nuisance. Next time i’ll take my custom elsewhere.

All of the staff I have spoken to in person or on the phone have been so helpful .Looking after an elderly parents prescription needs at times isn't easy but you have made the my life a lot less stressful . Thank you

I went here to buy some painkillers and the person who served me was very snotty and off with me, I asked if they were tablets or soluble and she barked the reply. also when it came to pay by card she just said there you go then. she has no customer service at all. Will definitely not be using it again

Absolutely fantastic staff!! I have used this pharmacy on and off for 7 years now, and I am always welcomed with a smile, and treated well. I am in an electric wheelchair, and the staff always open the doors for me without me having to ask, and are understanding when my chair happens to catch a display or products whilst turning around, which is very much appreciated.A few weeks ago, I went in for my medication, and had my 8yo daughter, and my 6yo autistic son with me. A woman was shouting at the staff, about a prescription that was not there, and after they checked everywhere, and looked on the system, there was no prescription to be found.My autistic son was absolutely terrified, and cuddled up to me, and other children in the pharmacy were visibly distressed, because of her shouting and her volatile behaviour.Once the woman was told to leave, she eventually left, after verbally abusing the staff even further; the ladies at the front of the store checked on all the children and were very apologetic about them having to witness such angry and unnecessary behaviour.I've worked in retail / customer service for over 10 years, and the staff at Woodside Pharmacy are brilliant, and after the way they handled that woman who was so rude, angry and verbally abusive towards them, I wouldn't use any other pharmacy!! Keep up the great work, and thank you for ensuring the children who witnessed that volatile woman were safe and ok.
