Avoid any building who's lifts are developed or maintained" by Otis. I have never experienced such unreliable lifts in my life. I live on a high floor

Seven weeks on and a lift servicing 40 flats in west London still not repaired. Paying service fees for over 20 years and still no resolution. Sending out engineers who aren't qualified to fix the lift, slow response, leaving elderly and disabled in the lurch. Very very poor. I do not recommend this company. Poor management and disorganised to say the least.Building name is Mercury House. I don't know the service contract number. The management agents have been in contact with your office almost everyday.

I live on the 6th floor. The lift is broken for 10 days now and they are saying they don’t have a belt in stock. That’s not my problem I’m afraid. Avoid them at any cost please. They are very unprofessional.

Possibly the worst company in the UK. They are the contractor for our lift and regularly leave it out of service for months on end. They don't reply to emails and there is no way to get them to come and repair the lift. Avoid at all costsUpdate: Lift Unit is CE007039 it was out of order for nearly 2 months in July and August last year and has currently been out of order since some time in early - mid June (again for well over a month). All the engineers keep saying is we're sourcing parts" but it is taking months at a time for them to repair the unit and making it difficult for us to access our own properties in the meantime.Update 2: These absolute jokers appear to be completely incapable of actually fixing a lift. They've still not managed to do anything and are now saying 24th August for the earliest repair (assuming they just don't delay it again). That'll be 2 1/2 months without lift access. Wholly shocking service!"

Absolute shambles of a company. If you are reading this review avoid this company at all costs!! DO NOT USE THEM. I have just moved into a new build apartment and the lift has broken down 3 times in the space of 7 weeks.No one answers the phone.If you are a building firm, AVOID THEM.If you are a potential client AVOID THEM.Bottom line...AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY CAN NOT INSTALL OR RUN LIFTS.

During my recent interaction with Otis Elevators, a company with a noteworthy 117-year history, I found myself entangled in a rather surprising situation. Indeed, I admit, during a particular elevator ride, my curiosity got the better of me, and I pressed multiple buttons, maybe even more than necessary. As someone new to the building and unfamiliar with the layout, I wanted to explore different floors.However, my innocent exploration was met with unexpected consequences. Representatives Haywood and Ray Ray from Otis Elevators contacted me, stating there was a significant £89 charge due to my excessive button pressing. Now, while I understand the necessity of maintaining elevator etiquette and ensuring equipment longevity, I found the penalty to be slightly excessive given the nature of the offense."While I am willing to bear some responsibility for my actions

Liars Liars Liars. Pretend the engineer is sick, or he arrived at the property and couldnt enter, or simply couldnt fix the problem.But in reality never been in the property to repair the lift.Already without a lift for a week now in the property. The worst service in UK by far.

Since 2017 We are living in Chelsea Creek Tower of 23 floor & 49 Flats. in so many times your lift was out of order,!! in addition many thigs do not work properly I list:-1- speakers for the blind indecating f;oor number never worked2- no synchronisations !! both on same floor most of time, they should be one upper floor when the other in lower floor3- the Ladies requesting inside mirror instal4- No clock on the inside screen

Shambolic company, I’m on the 23rd floor and we constantly have both lifts broken with no resolution in sight. It’s come to the point where coming back home has become an anxiety inducing affair.Unreliable, unresponsive and completely incompetent. Avoid.

Waited more than 3 months for them to fix a lift, only for it then to still be declared unsafe by the insurance company because the fix was so bad. Absolute joke of a company
