The expert crew at The Technology Shop were friendly and knowledgeable when they fixed a tricky boot loading error on my PC. Absolutely fantastic service,highly recommend, THANKYOU GUYS,had to have a screen replacement on my galaxy and had some very sentimental stuff on there from my late wife,was very worried about losing it all,I'm so relieved to say will and his team were able to keep all and phone returned this morning all intact data and new screen,Amazing service by all at THE TECHNOLOGY SHOP, THANKS AGAIN

i bought a PC fully customized off of them a a while back and there customer service was great and the time they took was fast and good quality, they ordered in and built the PC from scratch in just under a week aver all fantastic, the PC works great and the price was very reasonable for what i got. overall a fantastic place.

When my printer reached the end of it's life and could not be resused it was time for it to be humainly laid to rest, they were helpful and cortious in my eventual decision to bury it at the end of my garden. There time to assess my loss and the subsequent grieving was backed up with care akin to a tennis ball wrapped in cotton wool. I will remember the time with my old printer with both sadness and merth combined into a passage in time when ones print head prints no more and is gently laid to rest...

Fantastic customer service. Researched my requirements & didn't try to sell me something more than I needed ( unlike other retailers did). Very happy with the servive & price. Seems it does pay to shop locally. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable service when my laptop stopped working. In less than a day my old laptop was extensively tested, and I was advised it was not repairable. I needed a laptop urgently so ordered a new one and they were able to transfer my data and I collected the new laptop the next morning. I was presented an invoice which did not include time for the attempted repair or for transferring my data to the new laptop. When queried I was told that they don't charge if they cannot do a repair. What incredible service!
