Lovely staff, all details made very clear, clean storage area and the storage container was clean inside as well. Nothing is too much trouble if you have a problem - would definitely use again and recommend :-)

I can' thank Blue Bear Self Storage in Bury St Edmunds enough - they have been so understanding and flexible. We have been in the position where we are at the mercy of solicitors whilst buying a house and they couldn't have been more understanding - the customer service is amazing. The unit is also easy to access, really secure, the units are lovely and clean - the whole experience has been great, would not hesitate to use again.

Finally a storage company that is properly organised and so easy to deal with. Jackie talked me through the whole process, nothing was too much trouble, she is obviously very knowledgeable and remained cheerful despite all my questions. The site and the unit are clean and tidy, would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for an off site storage solution.

Needing storage for the contents of a flat at short notice, I contacted Blue Bear, and was very quickly able to move the goods into a brand new shipping container on the Bury St Edmunds site. I was a bit uncertain of the electronic gate system, but after an early difficulty, instantly sorted, all worked flawlessly. The lockable containers feel immensely secure, and are totally watertight. We used the insurance package on offer too, so felt totally safe. We have recently moved the property into a new flat. Without Blue Bear, our whole experience would have been very stressful. With their help, much less so. Thank you Jackie and team for a great service.

Moving back to Bury St Edmunds we realised we needed some additional temporary storage until we sorted some space for everything .We found Blue Bear storage to be local to us , very helpful and simple to set up the contract and in no time we had our own storage unit safe in their compound. We are coming to the end of our need of the unit now but it has been so easy and convenient to come and go when we want to with our stuff , it's just made moving a lot less stressful !
