Matthew conducted a Level 3 Building Survey and an Insurance Reinstatement Assessment for us and we have been really impressed by his service. We first met Matthew in December 2020 when he conducted for us a Survey Report for a house we intended to buy in Harpenden. His report was punctual, he was polite and clear. He spent some time talking us through the detail of the report which was much appreciated.We ended up working with Matthew for a second time when our house needed rebuilding after a fire. We required a surveyor to draw us plans for a house and submit this to Planning, and project manage the rebuild from start to finish, including with insurance.We would absolutely recommend Matt. He helped guide us through what was a very difficult, complex and lengthy insurance process. He knew his stuff and we trusted him. There is absolutely no way we could have got through the process without his assistance and he was always a calm and pragmatic presence who kept the whole project on track and moving forward.Our project came to an end two years later and Matt is still giving us care and attention. We have our snagging meeting today in fact and he has been really thorough with attention for detail.We couldn't have done all this without Matt’s guidance and we’re very grateful for it. He’s helped design us a really beautiful home.
