Antony Tyler Singing/Guitar Teacher

Antony has helped me loads already to find my range and develop my breathing technique. Antony has helped me engage in performance and it’s evident that he works extremely hard in benefiting vocal performance.

I’ve had two lessons with Antony so far and they have been absolutely brilliant. He understands the human voice so well, which means he’s able to identify exactly what needs fixing in the way I sing, and then give me exercises and practice tips tailored exactly to my needs. I’m already noticing huge improvements in my technique and tone and I’m feeling more confident in my singing than I have for years. I’ve also been really impressed with how Antony’s professionalism - he’s quick at communication, always on time for lessons, and puts in the work outside of lessons to learn the songs I want to learn and understand my hopes and aspirations. Honestly cannot recommend him enough!

After just three lessons, my DD has begun to enjoy her one-on-one guitar instruction with Antony. In terms of timing, length, and teaching, Antony is a meticulous professional. For my daughter to listen to and explore, he has suggested a few artists and songs.

Have had Ant as my teacher for around a year now. Even from the first lesson he knew the vision and direction I wanted to take my voice and tailored our lessons to fit my goals. At the start I had a weak voice which has since grown to be strong. Excellent teacher would recommend to anyone who wants to improve on or start their singing journey.

Anthony has helped me so much to keep my own sound and style, but improve my technique so that I can not only sound better to the audience, but also survive a three-set gig without losing my voice for two days! In addition to Anthony's depth of knowledge and experience to tailor lessons to each student, the fact that he comes to my location allows me to book regular lessons, despite my very busy work schedule. I decided to take lessons with the goal of performing live one day, despite having zero singing ability at the time.Ant came up with a learning program completely tailored to me and covering all sorts of singing techniques (warm up exercises, pitch and breath control, vocal, projection, vibrato, etc) and various aspects of performing live such stage presence and mic techniques.Ant is extremely passionate about both singing and teaching and he truly cares about his students. He also came to see me playing during one of my early live performances to provide his support and then, during later lessons, we worked on the feedback he had collected.If you're looking for an amazing singing teacher, look no further cause you've just found it.
