Autoline Car - van & 4x4 dealer

Called in on Monday because my van was giving up the ghost, drive my new van out on the Friday. Ste is a likable chap who seems to know his stuff, I gave 5 stars because I can't fault him or the van. If there are any problems with said vehicle, I will not hesitate to call, I am sure they would be rectified forthwith.

We went to visit a car on Saturday and we been impress with a condition of car, customer service AMAZING really helpful without pushing you to buy the car. Finance been arranged in really great way. However when we arrived unlike to others sellers all cars been sparking and recently cleaned. Stephen was a great guy who knew his stuff and explained everything to me not like most sales people. Its a refreshing change and would recommend the team at Autoline without hesitation! If you are looking for a professional used car company then call these guys today!! After numerous trips to big dealerships and pressurised salesmen, we found our daughters perfect car virtually on our doorstep. Fantastic customer service, with absolutely no pressure, Stephen was very helpful in offering all the information we required, without the need to ask, will definitely be returning when it's my turn to change cars.

Initially went well. Problems with car battery on the forecourt and they came out to replace the day after. Shallow aftercare service with issues after sale. Wouldn’t talk with the garage that I had take too who had pointed out issues.

I've used this company on three occasions and each time they have supplied me with a quality used vehicle. On each occasion the level of customer service provided has been exemplary. I highly recommend this company.

Stepehn was a gentleman. I travelled all the way from Surrey to Bolton to pick the van up feeling anxious that the van would not meet my expectations and that I would have to travel back home by train. It all changed as soon as I arrived. The van looked mint inside/out. I didn't know Stephen from adams but the man was honest and accurate with the vans details. I was very happy with the price too. I drove the van back to Surrey 235 miles away and it drove I kid you not like a dream. I would definately definately use Autoline up North again and recommend as well. Cheers Steve.

Its a refreshing change and would recommend the team at Autoline without hesitation!
