H and M Cars Barnsley

I bought a car today which Richard at h&m cars Barnsley, absolutely amazing service, helpful and polite, just how a business should be and couldn’t do enough for me, definitely at 5*

I recently bought a Audi A6 from richard at H&M Cars Barnsley and i loved the car from minute one.the entire transaction was simple and easy with no pressure at any time to close the deal.Sadly after a few days of owning the car the engine management light came on so i rang richard and he told me to pop it back to him and he would investigate as he gave me a 3 month warranty with the sale.it turned out to be a faulty nitrous oxide sensor on the exhaust which was going to be expensive.richard took the car to his garage for invesigation and they said they had never seen this fault on any A6 before and it could just be a glitch.richard suggested he keep the car for a couple of days,turn off the engine management light,run the car and see what happens,i agreed as i did not want him to incur a almost £1000 expense if it was just a glitch.Richard did this and then rang me to tell me the light came back on almost immediately.He then told me a new sensor was needed and it was fitted that same day under the warranty he gave me.he even offered to buy the car back if i wasnt happy with this solution.i collected the car the next day and it has been fantastic since with no issues.From the moment i met Richard i felt at ease and comfortable doing business with him but he was actually a man of his word which you dont get all the time and i will happily recommend H@M Cars to all my friends and family.A genuine honest hard working guy who deserves more credit than most car dealers get and i wish him all the luck in the world moving forward as he thoroughly deserves it..

I bought my jag from H And M cars a few months ago. I've always wanted one and this car did not disappoint! The gentleman who sold me the car was expoinally helpful and professional! The car is still amazing and I still love it!I would not hesitate to buy another car from H And M cars. Honest, down to earth and trustworthy too!I would highly recommend this company

Very nice and professional guys, they are very easy to deal with, and they do what they say they will do, Richard is very fair, and helpful, I would highly recommend H and M to anyone looking for a car., they are definitely worthy of 5*

No pressure whatsoever, car had a small issue with the air con but they took care of it straight away and gave me lifts to and from the train station etc.

Just bought my second car here having had my first car for six years fully recommend them pleasant helpful nothing to much trouble ,look forward to buying again in six years
