Sarah and her team are so professional and knowledgeable. Coming to class each week is a pleasure. Not only does your dog learn to socialise, but also gets stimulated physically and mentally.I have been going to classes for several years with all 3 of my dogs and am currently going through the Good Citizen Award with my youngest.We started classes during lockdown and she was so nervous of everyone and everything. The first 3 lessons were spent sitting on the wall watching everyone training because she was so nervous. I was about ready to give up but with Sarah's encouragement and guidance we worked together to overcome these fears taking it at the dogs pace and not rushing things. Sarah teaches you and your dog how to work in harmonyYour not just a customer, you really do become a member of the family. I wouldn't have the lovely and happy sock stealing dog I have today if it wasn't for Sarah and her team.Thank you so much from Lottie and I x

I have been going to classes since last summer when I got a puppy, we have progressed so much. Sarah is a lovely welcoming person and has so much energy and enthusiasm.The classes are always interesting and varied and Sarah is so helpful she has an amazing amount of knowledge I have learned lots of new techniques. The classes are a friendly environment and well spaced with the opportunity to train outside when the weather permits.

Sarah is an excellent trainer, we have been going since my dog was 12 weeks old she is 3 now! The trainer in is great the dogs love Sarah and she makes it fun gor both dog and human. We are able yo train outside when the weather is nice and inside when nor. Couldn't recommend Sarah highly enough.

Sarah is an amazing trainer. She is so knowledgeable in all aspects of training. Really does put you and your dog first. If you're looking for a dog trainer then you really can't go wrong with Sarah's help.

I have to say that Sarah Western aka The Puppy Trainer North West and indeed her whole team absolutely delivers, she is very professional and yet very friendly at the same time. She creates an environment that enables the owner to learn, in partnership with their dog, the skills and knowledge that promotes a healthy, happy and socially acceptable dog and yet at the same time, ensures the sessions are both stimulating and fun for dogs and for their owners.... my Frenchie gets so excited when we pull onto the car park, as he knows he's meeting Sarah and her team and all his doggy friends, his reaction is priceless and tells me he's a happy dog attending class and if he's happy then so am I. Thoroughly recommended by me and by Bertie Boy.
