PV Macari Interiors

Purchased 5 Ilitres of Farrow & Ball, Hardwick White.It arrived and was brown not grey as it stated. When Itelephoned them they said there was nothing they could doas they mix the paint up on the premises. Any paint shop canmix any Farrow & Ball colour to match. This, in my opinion isnot Farrow & Ball as it has a slight sheen on it. When F & B isVERY flat. They offered me to purchase some more and give me10% plus free dellivery. |I could have gone to my local paintshop and had this made up and had it been wrong they wouldhave put it right, I was simply told there was nothing they coulddo !!!!! Dont purchase F & B from these people, it is not whatyou get - very upsetting as it was over £100 and there isnothing you can do about it. I believed I was getting the rightthing. I will go to Trading Standards regarding this as I feelthey are misleading customers. They are selling just any paintand saying it is F & B (It isnt) !!!!!!
