Great service from a very friendly business. I needed something done urgently and the gentleman was able to resolve the issue without fuss and efficiently. Also, they are very well stocked for anything you will need to take care of your shoes, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I need to add the rubber sole protection for my pumps cuz next Monday will be my graduation ceremony. I found this lovely shop which is very close to my home and got high rating, so I came here. It really deserves five stars. It has fair price and the owner has perfect craftsmanship. I received the text which told me my shoes are ready for collection just 1h15mins after I put my shoes at shop. Highly recommend to anyone in need!

I had a really nice experience with Soles & Heels! The heels of my Chelsea boots were in terrible condition, and they did an amazing job rebuilding them, and they also fixed the wear around the side. All of it for a fair price and in only two days.I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I've been searching for a reliable and skilled place to take my shoes for repair for quite some time, and am happy to have found it.Great work. PS: Unfortunately had not taken “before” pictures.

My leather bag needed an alteration. I took it to Soles and Heels, I was told the options, I chose the one I liked and I picked up the bag today. I'm delighted. The workmanship is excellent and the price was good. 5 star rating.

I brought several pairs of Louboutins and some other heels for fixing. They did a great job with the shoes and even repaired one pair of ripped Loubs for free. They offer different types of materia for the bottomsl. I went with the shiny soles, which match the red of my Loubs and also have a lot of grip on them.

Got a pair of boots stretched (fits perfectly now), and repaired a very deep scratch on leather boots surface. Definitely recommend. I’m very glad to have find this place to repair my shoes! Prices are very fair! ❤️

I went in wanting to repair two pairs of boots that were basically almost completely ruined based on age. The man was super nice and repaired both pairs of shoes for a great price. One of the pairs was almost not fixable and he didn’t guarantee a solid fix based on condition, but I paid and he did it anyways. They turned out great! I would highly recommend.

Amazing service & turnaround time !!Gave 2 Gucci bags to be restored and they both came out amazing ! Absolutely astonished as Gucci themselves did not know how to remove the stain off the bags and were saying its impossible. Nonetheless, service was 10/10, would definitely be vouching and returning againThanks Soles & Heels !

I have been coming here for over a year now and that’s despite having plenty of places to go to, close to my office and a few round the corner from where I live (here I need to walk for about 10 minutes). This says a lot already. Great service always accompanied by courtesy which is not necessarily a given in London.

Such a great help! I thought my shoes were a write off after having been destroyed with wear and tear plus a rip after tripping over, but because I love them so much I took them to the expert at Soles and Heels. They now look as good as new!My bag's zip had lost a tooth and kept derailing" as a result
