Was worried my electrics were a bit dodgy as a fuse kept tripping so got Jack at House Rescue to come and check them out. He was thorough, efficient and charming. Checked all my sockets and appliances, fitted a new fuse box and I’ve had no problems since. He also helped me fit a couple of safer spotlights in my hall and bathroom. His explanation about what needed doing was clear and helpful and his pricing was competitive and accurate (no sudden or hidden costs). Great guy, highly recommend him.

My wife and I were very impressed with the service provided by Jack and his team. We had one of the first myenergi Libbi batteries installed in the UK and House Rescue were extremely professional and fastidious in making sure that the battery installation and its integration with our existing PV panels and car charger (Zappi) worked together as promoted by myenergi. They also reset our i-boost to work alongside the myenergi system. Together with myenergi they also sorted out one or two teething problems very rapidly. I would recommend House Rescue without hesitation.

It was a surprising and hard slog to find and receive quotes for a 60 panel Solar Install on our factory roof. When I came across Jack at House Rescue Electrical it made the stress worthwhile. He was attentive and quick to respond to all my questions. And freely provided quotes based on the changing requirements as we progressed the plan. They were not the cheapest, but not by much. However, they were the most professional and offered the best customer service that far outweighed a little extra cost.Jack and his team were well presented and conscientious in their work and the fitting of the panels. Even to the point of taking a drone up to make sure the install as it progressed was perfectly aligned.All in all excellent service, and all fitted very quickly.

Absolutely cannot fault the service from Home Rescue. They were incredibly communicative, punctual (early in fact!), efficient, tidy, respectful. I had a new household battery installed, and they made the whole process completely smooth. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We just had a Hypervolt EV charger installed. Jack and Ellis did a really nice job. Turned up on time, worked neatly and explained the system once they had finished. Fitted a new mini consumer unit and additional wirings under the stairs. Thanks guys, great job.
