We used Donna McLean at Countrywide to help arrange our mortgage for our new home . Donna was extremely helpful and professional throughout. We had the need to amend our mortgage offer at very short notice on the week of our move. Believe me when I say five stars aren't any where near enough for a review about Donna McLean our mortgage advisor. Being first time buyers we did not have a clue about any of it so we were glad when we got Donna on our side to help guide us through it all. The most professional, helpful, down to earth person I've ever came across and is amazing at her job. Even when I would email constantly about silly things I didn't know she would put me at ease and sort it. we couldn't have done any of it without her and are truly grateful for all the help we receive. Would 100% recommend this mortgage service and cannot thank them enough x

Experience of Countrywide is from buying, selling and mortgage advice. Amazing service. All staff I spoke to (Christopher, Catriona, Alison) were professional, friendly and helpful at all times. Special mention to Donna McLean our mortgage advisor who was all of the above and more, helped me with any queries I had and set my mind at ease from the start and particularly at the last minute when I hit an issue and she worked so hard to help fix it and make our move in date. Nothing was a trouble to her.
