Great service and very helpful staff saved a lot of money borrowing a huge marquee

This is a fabulous local community initiative - lending things like tools, toys and gardening equipment that you might only need once or twice, but which are expensive to buy. Share Salisbury lets you borrow anything from a marquee to a chainsaw to a core drill bit for a small fee.I recently needed a drill bit that I needed for one job, but which would cost £50 to buy new, but which would have cost me about £5 to borrow for the weekend.. On that occasion, they didn't have the correct item in the library, but new items are added to reflect items requested.

This is such a fantastic idea and saves so much waste on buying things that you'll only use once or twice. They have do much to borrow so it's worth looking at their website. Eva is also really helpful.

Brilliant idea this business / charity and it works I have now used them repeatedly they have a very wide range things to hire out and brilliant prices for hire to match. Eva was very helpful to me and my other half good advice and she went out of her way to help. Very impressed.
