I really wanted a female architect but she didn't turn up for the first visit then cancelled the 2nd visit last minute. I realise she must be busy and so am I. I found another company.

We contacted Hannah to help us design a side extension after seeing recommendations on a local neighbourhood website. We have had a very positive experience from the beginning with great communication, listening well to the brief and always happy to discuss and accommodate any changes we wished to make. She worked with the planners when they required the plans to change and helped us come up with a solution that satisfied everyone, making what could have been a stressful experience relatively painless! Hannah at HB Architectural has been amazing throughout the design and consultation process for our extension. She has always responded to us in a timely manner and informed us beforehand if there was going to be a delay.During the first 15 minute consultation, Hannah was able to provide us with more advice and guidance than anyone else we had spoken to. She quickly identified that the idea we had thought up in our heads would not be permitted through planning. So rather than waste our time, she then provided us with 2 different plans that we have worked together to create an extension plan we are very excited to start!We would highly recommend using HB Architectural Services if you are planning any building work on your house.

We were very pleased to work with Hannah on our house alterations. We had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted. Hannah drew up our plans which allowed us to refine our ideas. She then eased us through the process of planning, building control, structural engineer etc taking much of the stress and complexity from our shoulders.
