Can't go wrong with a classic Greg's, quick service, friendly staff and great food !On the main high street so can get very busy on weekends lunchtimes

While I appreciate it's a fast food chain. Stopped in for a hot drink and a bite. Food was nice and hot, latte was fab.Not a great selection of food as most of the shelves are empty, staff were pleasant although a little dissatisfied with the service. The seating area is disgusting, , food all overt the table, chairs and floor. I guess it's the kind off people that eat here and the lack f staff to maintain a clean environment in a restaurant.

I come in here regularly for lunch, breakfast or my tea or coffee at break times or before work. The 2 guys who usually serve me are awesome, very quick and friendly but the the girls are lazy. Even when they ask if they can help it sounds lazy. One of them was chatting about the Barbie movie when there was a queue of people and she always gets my orders wrong. I love the lady who chased the thieves out.

I only tried theire coffee and it feels like cheap and fake coffee. Staff are great though and the environment is nice.

Visiting Southampton for PRIDE tomorrow. Still have to have lunch at Greggs. Can't miss the chance of a sausage roll.
