We enjoyed a great spring week here at this lovely peaceful cottage in Dumfries and Galloway. We stayed at The Lodge with two bedrooms with shower over bath, open log fire , electric slot meter and overnight storage heaters. Great countryside views close to a road but not much noise at all as a country side route . Very well positioned centrally to explore the village forests and coastal towns.We were made very welcome by Jonathan who is a friendly excellent host.The Lodge is a step back Into a cosy traditional Scottish cottage.
