I came in yesterday as I needed my watch battery changed. Both staff members who assisted me did so swiftly as my car was nearing the end of its meter, professional and personable. I believe one was the manager and the other younger assistant had recently started; following the conversation we had. I will highly recommend the company and them both to friends and family!

Excellent friendly customer service. Had the bezel of my Omega watch replaced. Great value and repaired very quickly. Managed to grab a few Christmas gifts as well, beautiful selection. Highly recommend.

Went in to have the battery changed on my Ebel watch, prompt and excellent service where other jewellery shops had failed to deliver. An old established traditional shop with matching values and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Went in this morning to enquire about some jewellery.Not one member of staff acknowledged me or said Good Morning .I was ignored and left standing there so left.Went to David's jewellery who were amazing and polite.This company need to learn some etiquette on how to acknowledge customers.Rude,avoid!!!I think they should read the other reviews that reflect the same experiences as mine!

Visited Courlander to try and return a necklace I was given but didn’t like. The fact that there is no returns policy does make you feel a bit taken advantage of as a customer, and the customer service experience on that point was rather cold and uncompromising. I ended up purchasing quite a bit more than the value of the gift as they wouldn’t refund even a slight difference in price. It’s a bit of a shame since my mum has been a customer for over 15 years and had fond memories of the shop, while I’m not sure I would go back now. Having said that the jewellery I ended up getting was nice.

Very professional and attentive staff. Watch battery and new strap replaced in 10 minutes. Excellent value for money.

Went into this jewellers with my wife on way back from central London as could not find anything for my mother well total different service if they think you have not got money just stood there waiting to be served whilst they served customer they thought were well off when I did buy something did not even get a thank you even customer in there look at you should not be in there well there is a old saying don’t judge a book by it’s cover

A fabulous service!I needed to get my watch mended together with a new strap and I could not have had a better experience. I was looked after by Karli who was really superb - she was warm and interested. She quickly and smoothly got my watch sorted. It was quite a pleasure to go into a retail store that had such an outstanding approach to customer service and made the visit such an enjoyable one. Thank you!
