Ian from Lavish construction was fantastic from start to finish in coming out to quote for a job for me. I booked via the office, he showed up on time when we agreed & did a very thorough inspection of the property and the job. He gave me loads of time on the phone to discuss the job and his opinion and later got back to me with a very detailed written quote despite clearly being very busy with other ongoing jobs!Really pleased so far and look forward to working with Ian in the future…

Recently had Prism as the contractor to rectify a leak from a flat roof.They were contracted through the insurance company and from day one they were knowledgeable, through and take pride in the work .I would recommend Prism as company that you can trust .All staff including administration staff were friendly and helpful

From start to finish my experience with Lavish Construction has been an absolute please. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian and his team with all of them going over an above to ensure that the vision I had for my garden was not only achieved but completely surpassed with something exceptional. Great service from a professional team. They had to rip up the floor after a leak, replace it and redecorate. A difficult job that had few companies interested in doing the work, which needed several tradesman's skills. Ian and team stepped up and project managed the work through to our complete satisfaction.

I needed someone to remove my old kitchen and put in a new one, I found lavish construction group on bark and email Ian. He got back to me with a day or two to arrange a consultation and to discuss ideas. Ian and all his guys were very professional and straightforward, talked me through every step and made sure I was aware of any changes or unforseen issues and agreed a solution. Very helpful before and after work was completed to a very good standard. Definitely recommend using them on any project. All electrical, plumbing, building, damp proofing work all done by lavish so made it simple to organise and was completed very quickly. I have recommended them to multiple work colleagues for work they required and very happy with the end result as could be seen in the photos from start to finish.

I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend to friends and family. They are very professional and turned up on time on all occasions. Price is also very reasonable and they have done a perfect job. We had our lounge and bathroom repainted including ceilings, skirting boards and doors etc.

I would highly recommend Lavish, the work they carried out on my property was professionally perfect.The decoration was done to the highest standard, the flooring fitting was exceptional and I could not fault either.All workers involved from admin to decorators and floor fitter have been wonderful and done an amazing job.Great communication and time scale to fit around my own commitments.Punctual, hard working and tidy as well as friendly and extremely helpful keeping me informed along the way.I am so pleased and happy with the work they have done , I have my lovely home back and it's better than before.I would strongly recommend Lavish, they have been amazing from start to finish and I am truly grateful.I would highly recommend this company.
