Inchcape Colchester MINI

Fantastic customer service from Jake who was professional, friendly and helpful. We had our 10 year old son with us and Jake was excellent at including him and making him feel part of the purchase. We were at least half an hour early for our appointment, refreshments were offered to us on arrival with a smile. I initially spoke with Karen when booking our appointment who was also extremely helpful both on the telephone in person. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Inchape Colchester Mini.

Fabulous experience buying a stunning JCW 3 door for my wife. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly and Bradley a pleasure to deal with. I can highly recommend Inchcape Colchester for anybody wanting a Mini.

Firstly, I didn’t really intend to change my ‘old’ Mini Clubman but it was having some work done at Inchcape so I thought I’d have a browse, just because …….and there was Jake AND……my new Mini Clubman!!Jake guided me through the whole process with patience and good humour. (I needed a lot of guidance!) He is polite, friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole transition feel really smooth and enjoyable. Thank you Jake!PS I met a few of the team members along the way who were all super people.

Purchased our lovely mini from here this year. Brilliant service from Jamal and the rest of the team. Popped back this weekend with our Jackapoo, as Inchcape are working with and donating to Dogs Trust. Our dog enjoyed testing out the Mini Clubman and left happy with his own goody bag. I just want to say what a fantastic experience buying my new mini was at inchcape Colchester with Jake ‘s expert help.He was very patient and knowledgeable explaining everything I needed to know clearly to me. He has a very good manner and always very courteous. Well well well... with zero intentions to buy a mini... I walked into this shiny new showroom and met Bradley... what a genuine sales chap. He gave me that which I didn't evej know I wanted.. patience is one of his virtues (for I am a flip flopper until I decide, decide) I have had so many cars in my driving life and to say I am head over heels for my new baby is a rather large understatement.. yes yes yes of course all sales people are after sales but this chap and the team there as so passionate about this brand it's infectious... picking up my little beauty next week, where me and this pocket rocket are going to have such fun together. Thank you Bradley. Not only have you got me into a fabulous cabriolet with a slice of John Cooper Works heaven but you also now have my loyalty... I'm a mini convert and I don't think I will be moved.. you did that Brad (along with some wise council from my amazing nephew Tommy) I can't wait. Can you tell??

Inchcape Colchester MINI…I had visited almost 2 weeks ago to accompany my mother on a test drive of a Mini Countryman JCW. However I had fell in love with this Rebel Green Mini Hatch JCW in the showroom.Long story short, I had came back a week later to collect my Brand-New Mini Hatch JCW, I was amazed by the professionalism of the whole process start to finish. I must say I didn’t feel pushed or pressured, but considering my age etc. they were humble to help and accommodate for us.The receptionist was extremely polite and very catering too, and offering refreshments upon every visit.
