Shopping for brides and bridesmaid dresses. Our beautiful bride is blind and the employee spent the whole visit speaking to the bridal party rather than directly to the bride. We were not listened to when employee was recommending dresses, we were told alterations took 9 months minimum so any dress would have to fit off the rack, and some of the dresses were of low quality with tears or damage. Not at all an inclusive environment and we left to go to another bridal shop.

What an amazing experience from start to finish I have finally. Picked a dress after being made to feel large at another bridal shop this experience was very pleasurable the ladies were lovely catering for curvier girls I feel so happy I have my dress and they had lovely dresses to try would recommend this shop a million percent

Alex is an amazing woman with a real passion for her job. I am not a natural girly girl and the thought of wearing a dress terrified me. My two best friends found this shop and arranged and appointment for me as I was putting off buying a dress. I was so surprised to feel welcome and made to feel right at home. I was given great advice about what suited me and didn't. The choice of dresses was overwhelming but Alex guided me through and we must have selected about 12 to try. Suffice to say what I thought I would pick was nothing like the dress I ended up with but I was so happy and comfortable. The adjustments needed were very minimal and I chose to use Amanda's service who has a link in with the shop. It only took two fittings before my dress fitted like a glove. The tiara and veil I chose also were beautiful and again there was a great choice for any prospective bride. I would thoroughly recommend this shop as the experience I have had from start to finish made me feel like a queen. So much love for this business.

Alex and Amanda (seamstress) were fantastic with my daughters Wedding dress and she was also a bridesmaid at her sisters Wedding. They could not do enough for us all . Fabulous team xx

Took my mum here to try on wedding dresses. Utterly disappointed on all fronts. My mum is blind and the Lady working there wouldn't talk directly to my mum only to the rest of the group. Very little in variety. Basically all the same style and not a huge range of plus size dresses. No bridesmaids dresses to be seen whatsoever. One dress was ripped and another had a stain. Total waste of time

Absolutely amazing, lots of dresses for curvy girls, we were very well looked after too, thank you so much! We said yes to the dress. Easy parking as well.

From my wife-----They are very accommodating and friendly, they have a great choice of dresses, didn't make a plus size bride feel uncomfortable and put her at ease, nothing was too much trouble, prices very reasonable and was a good experience..
