Do not deal with theis ebay company they have many different names on ebay nightmare company refuse to pay parcel refund postage and mess you about for days playing games on ebay.

Avoid this place, especially if you’re English. Majority of people here are Romanian and can’t understand basic English. The warehouse itself is a dirty, unorganised and a morbid environment. The canteen or break time area is so small it’s hard to enjoy your break in, the team leaders seem oblivious as to what’s going on in the workplace. I was assigned to start a role doing picking and packing yet myself and the group that I started with all did random cleaning duties instead without reason as to why we were not being trained up on the area we were supposed to be on. At the end of the shift everyone lines up around the warehouse and the team leader swans around making sure everyone is social distancing even though hardly anyone working there takes In to consideration social distancing any other time and the place is so dirty you’d probably get any disease going. But god forbid if you try and question the team leaders they’ll send you to the back of the line or to the big scary bosses office like you’re at school still, they clearly just love the authority of power of their position and get some kind of kick out of shouting at staff members. Overall worst place I’ve worked at to date

I suffered the same fate as the last 2 reviewers. The company refuses to pay refund postage, although it's their duty under their eBay T&Cs. They messed around for ever and claimed they couldn't print postage label. After delivery of the goods back to the warehouse, the Chinese seller is claiming they never received it and I still haven't got my money back. Nightmare! AVOID!!

Very weird set up,huge warehouse but seemed quite empty,I purchased some headlight bulbs for my car (on line) I returned them for a refund as I got the code mixed up personally as the post took 10 days to deliver( I hope I can get a refund)

You have to be there to understand or you have to be there to understand nothing!A hopeless place to work. Dirty. Employees do not comply with health and safety regulations.Drivers do not use the horn. They push full pallets through half of the warehous.90% of employees are Romanians, the larger half of them do not speak English.When you work in a group, you can not feel as part of this group because everyone speaks Romanian.Supervisor, of course, Romanian can not talk but scream at everyone.Warehouse operative screams for a team leader and this team leader says nothing.Too far from the norm.

Phone line not functional. Impossible to get through to anyone.Edit: There was an amazing customer service lady which took my 1 star to a 3 star, wish I remembered her name.

Great people work here loading and unloading is quick too.

DONT BOTHER IF YOUR ENGLISH YOU START THE JOB LAST ONE DAY THEN TELL AGENCY THAT YOU WAS NOT PRODUCTIVE ENOUGH AND LET YOU GO THEY ONLY WANT ROMANIANS FACT
