Really informative sessions. I feel so much more prepared for birth and baby coming. The trainers were friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. A really good mix of information and hands on learning. Also nice to meet other parents at the same stage of pregnancy too.

100% feel far more ready for baby arriving after these classes! Really informative, and gave me a much better insight of what to expect both during birth and after birth. Very friendly vibe and great teachers!
