I brought my wedding dress to Timpsons the day after I got married. I needed my dress dry cleaning and turning around within 24 hours as I had another ceremony with my nephew who unfortunately couldn’t make the wedding. The lady who served me, Mary, was super understanding and managed to make my wedding dress look brand new again by the next day! Outstanding service and would recommend to everyone. Thankyou!

Always great service at Rothwell, however, today was excellent by Lyndsey, so helpful and friendly, provided great advice re repair of watch and managed to fix it too.

Brilliant service from Mary! I wasn’t aware that my local Timpson’s did alterations but after messaging them via Facebook and getting a fast response, I was able to take some jeans for them taking up. Mary did a great job and did them the same day, which was fantastic! Thank you! I will definitely be returning for future services and will be recommending to family and friends!

Took sons shoes in to be re heeled and soled.,couldn’t see a price list but thought hay-ho it’ll be cheaper than a new pair of shoes.Pricelist should be on display.Was told they’d be ready Thursday.Was served by a vague young man who struggled to understand plain English so l filled the form in myself..Thursday morning called to collect the shoes,the young assistant was off and my sons shoes were thrown at the back of the machine..he wrote in the communications book Sorry..he was unsure what to do with them.would have liked a phone call if he was struggling to repair them so l could collect then..they needed soles and heels as requested.The lady from the dry cleaning section told me where to go..across to another town from Wakefield to Timpsons in Castleford.No-one knew this young man’s name but the was a meatloaf lookalike with long hair.May l suggest that this cobbler under go further cobbling training on how to repair shoes…soles and heels especially.Not Good enough service.

Fantastic customer serviceI can't fault their customer service, however, the quality of their blank keys are shocking! I paid for 4 keys cutting (from an original new key) and then a further two sets cut free of charge because the first 4 keys didn't work. Sadly none of the 12 keys worked! It was suggested that the fault was with my door lock but I was refunded anyway.A trip to a local cobblers says otherwise as he cut 4 keys from my original and all 4 keys work.

Absolutely brilliant service. I took a suit in for dry cleaning and on collection the lady working there informed me that the trousers were missing a button and a clasp but she had fixed them at no extra charge. All done in a timely fashion and reasonable priced too. Highly recommended!

Mended a much loved blanket. The lady (sorry iI didn't get her name) sewed it by hand and did an amazing job. Thank you!!
