Just a quick note to say I was really helped with my frozen shoulder by Elli @ West 1 Health. She gave me a simple and helpful set of exercises, carefully adjusting each week according to my development. The exercises were also all available in little videos online to remind me. It also helped that she was very pleasant to spend the session time with. Thanks Elli.

Amazing front desk team, my first time ever using west 1, I received treatment from Iona! I can honestly say she’s outstanding, highly knowledgeable and effective, she was able to ascertain what the core issue was after just one 45 minute session and then direct me on how to resolve and prevent further damage. following that treatment I was Almost instantly able to be more mobile and had less pain, this was an injury/issue I’ve had for years!! I can’t thank her and the rest of the team enough. I’m still doing treatments and looking forward to the next one.

Having recently started training for a 10 mile race my right knee was feeling sore. A few weeks into training I was worried I was damaging my knee and if I would be able to reach my goal.I was booked in quickly at West 1 and saw the extremely personable and professional Lucia. She completed a thorough assessment and diagnosed the problem with ease. I started seeing Elli for physio of my shoulder (to prevent frozen shoulder after a skiing accident) a few months ago, and since then she's made a world of difference. Thanks to her massages, dry needling, and the exercises she's taught me, my range of movement massively improved and is almost back to full range. I can't thank Elli enough for helping me to work through the stiffness and to prevent getting a frozen shoulder. She's kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she's simply got the magic touch :). Following the rupture of my ACL, West1 have been excellent with recovery pre surgery and post surgery. Their team consists of very professional physio's who all have a desire to make recovery quick and smooth sailing, turning a horrific injury into enjoyable experience. Their gym has everything you need to carry out physio exercises, with the routines always updated on the app to follow the exercises at homeWhere I lacked confidence following the injury, this was short lived as I had special attention and care to ensure I was comfortable exercising on my own. Dani has also been amazing with sports massages to assist in correcting problems and imbalances caused from the trauma of the injury. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Sangi is an excellent physio - she has fixed me twice now for different problems I've had. She has a great way of getting to the crux of the issue and helping with easy to follow exercises that really do work. I highly recommend.

I went to see a physiotherapist (Lucia Cece) after a fall on holiday which had left me with significant pain in my shoulder. I received a really thorough assessment before Lucia diagnosed the issue and proceeded to manipulate / massage my shoulder in a way that took away probably 80% of the discomfort. What a difference it made and gave me relief for the first time in weeks.I was sent a really great set of exercises to do through a dedicated app and that really helped further improve the situation over the coming days.I had a follow-up appointment a week later and had seen such a reduction in pain that I was able to stop after the 2nd visit.I thoroughly recommend the physiotherapy service at West 1 Health - I will certainly use it again if I ever need it!!

Went to West1 for a shoulder issue after a motorbike accident. I was taken care by Elli who gave an excellent series of recovery session allowing me to recover 99% of my shoulder mobility through a combination of manipulation and targeted exercises. I highly recommend Elli at West1!
