I’ve given Buzz 5 stars for a couple of reasons1, reasonably priced for the quality2, a fair amount for the costI should really deduct a star for being too tasty.

There delivery and range are like really good and the cost is reduced from buying just one even from the delivery however if you genuinely want to save money make sure to buy what you want all in one go

Must be the worst company to deal with !.When you order stuff you expect it to turn up right product and not smashed to bits !!.After calling there office you have to deal with rude people , they say they are cheap and can beat any company when it comes to price , yes that's because your product is rubbish !!!!!.after speaking with different drivers it seems they don't get paid what they work.even story of a driver getting sacked for a family member passing a way . Shocking company trust me all the good review on here are from people who work for the company , if you want cheap stuff that no one wants go to buzz ,but if your business means more go to a better company ,.buzz buzz buzz next company to go under stay away

Order arrived incomplete. Spent 2 months emailing this company. After 2 months I finally got my refund however no compensation offered. Terrible customer service. Many emails ignored or not acknowledged. Don't waste time with this company

I recently applied for a sales vacancy, and for part of the application, needed to complete a psychometric test. Fine. The following day, I received an invite to an interview over zoom for 9:15am a few days later and that I would receive details to join after the call. The day of my interview arrived...I had no contact details, no zoom meeting details and no correspondence from Buzz at all. A text message was sent to me at 8:39am (which wasn't received until 5pm) asking whether they could postpone the interview until the following day due to urgent business that needed to be dealt with. Fine, these things happen, albeit slightly unprofessional that they text!? I responded to acknowledge the message, confirm that the following day is fine and asked for details to allow me to join the zoom call - no response! My interview time comes and goes, so I send another message presuming that my interview is not going ahead to which again, I have received no response to!I contacted them and asked to speak to someone in HR/Recruitment and explained the situation. I was told that they don't really have a HR department but confirmed my feedback would be passed on.It is extremely frustrating that I spend my own time completing applications, tests and interview preparation for an interview that was none existent, and to receive no response is hugely unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I am writing this review in the hope that you pull your recruitment process together so that future potential candidates also don't waste precious time that could be spent more wisely, either with their families or applying for a position whereby the company will treat them with a bit of respect.

I've had 3 big orders from buzzsweets and I can honestly say they are amazing all the sweets and nuts I've had have been amazing and they are really really good value for money and they have alit of options available from savory snacks to fizzy sweets and alot of sweets that are difficult to get in your average supermarket.The only suggestion I would make is for them to sell difficult crisps as well in bulk so there is even more of an option for savory lovers as wellBut other than that this shop is amazing

This is the best sweets i have ever tasted! Unreal!Honestly compared buzz sweets with others .. there is no comparison! Buzz is on another level. Taste, texture, smell everything about it! My kids love it. Try it! You don’t know what you are missing.

I have just received a not so small order and there was an incorrect item and there were 4 of them so I contacted the customer service and was told that I messed up on the order so I have 2 options, take it or leave it, oh apparently because there is no rep in my area tough luck, if there was they could have sorted it, I mean how far out of my area are they????.There was no customer service to speak of, didn't want to help in case it cost them money. This was a tester order because of my expansion could've been a regular £2k a month order but I will be shopping elsewhere. Horrific, steer clear!!!!!!!!!It was meant to say £2k, and judging by the response from the owner" what a childish businessman you really are because the order would be delivered you moronic muppet."

I have never worked with rude people like this in my life horrible customer service ever.if you speak to them you can tell they are young people who do not care , you order things and never get it on time like today . The product is rubbish ,go to the cash and carry yourself much cheaper better quality.Just looking at the reviews on here 5* all come from the owner and his children just check there page and you can see. Shocking business ,We are sending are children around to many businesses near us to tell them to stay clear of buzz sweets
