They tried making me pay for 2 hours work when it took less than 1 hour. They were very expensive at £144 per hour and £50 for a brass tap and 3 pieces of pipe around 15 inches long each. It's only because I had video evidence that they reimbursed me 1 hours labour charges (£144) but the job was still expensive

When I rang I tried to explain the problem Best I could. I was sure it was problem with bojler as it went off. Two guys came in and tried but they told me it is electrical issue. Fair play to them but it cost me £226 for nothing and no chance for even partial refund. Person I was talking to just told me I've lost money. Not recommended
