Simon and Steven at Tiger Real Estate and Auctions helped my Mum and I sell my Dads shop and home of 40 years after his passing. Needless to say, it was a very difficult time but the team at Tigers made it easier. From beginning to end they have been fantastic, keeping us in the loop at all times. My Mum and I are pleased that my Dad's property has been passed to new hands for new memories to be made. Tigers made it possible.

An excellent new company. I happened to see an advert from WebbMove in the Property Scene and as I wanted an investment property, I thought I'd give them a try - I'm so glad I did! They had a fair few properties available, one of which I put a bid on. I was previously buying a property from a rival firm until they received a higher offer and I wasn't allowed to know how much it was for!! Here it was all online so I didn't have to travel anywhere, I could see the other bids that were coming in so I knew where I needed to be. Once the auction ended, the deal was done, no messing around - even got the keys a month later. 10/10, fair play.

Never thought using an auction house would be such an easy and simple process. Steven handled everything and answered every question I had. He put my mind at ease with the whole process and made auctioning off a property left my to me by a late aunty very simple.
