The Caravan Repair Man

Arrived at Winchester campsite Saturday afternoon, could not get water pumping into the caravan systems . Phoned Simon who said he would come in the morning ( Sunday ) . Simon arrived at time promised and tried all sorts to cure the problem but eventually diagnosed a failing pump . Promised to be back next day at lunchtime . In fact arrived at 11am having driven at least 50 miles to get the pump - not in stock at local suppliers . New pump fitted and re piped to suit .First class service by Simon who is a very able and nice guy . Highly recommended .

Went to Simon with a very specific set of repairs on our Caravan Bar Conversion. We'd spoken to other local companies who couldn't help at all. Initially spoke to Simon on the phone and he immediately said he would be able to do all the work, quickly and for a good price. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Caravan and Motorhomes and is a lovely guy to work with. Have since had some other work done by Simon and again it was very impressive.

Simon’s a fantastic guy, who has worked wonders on my 2006 Bailey Caravan. His knowledge is excellent and made us really feel at ease while he was servicing the vehicle. Thanks again Simon and looking forward to our service next year.

I booked Simon to review and service a caravan new to me. He arrived on time, easy to talk to and went over what I had concernscover. He was very informative and meticulous in his work giving me confidence in towing the van. Also lots of advice on maintenance going forward. He is an absolute star and I would highly recommend not only his knowledge and abilities but also his way of dealing with people, often who know nothing of the caravan needs!! Simon is a very professional guy who knows his stuff. I had a cooling unit go down on my fridge, Simon bent over backwards to get me a replacement which he did. 3 parcels later I got the right part which was not his fault. When we got the part he came out the following morning.Top notch guy

Simon is extremely knowledgeable in his field, when looking at dipping my toe in the caravaning world simon was able to advise and carry out a pre inspection for me on two occasions before finding my perfect caravan. Brilliant service from Simon and team. They gave us a time they would arrive at our place to do the work and were dead on time, very friendly and easy to explain the issue to, the job turned out to be quite bit bigger than expected but they did the work very professionally and quickly. They also then checked everything through including gas and CO, and did a couple of little extra fixes that we'd not noticed. It was a lot of work and some new parts but the price was reasonable considering the task. Very happy to recommend them.
