Excellent value and service

Had used this company before to fix my oven with no complaints so when my washing machine broke down I decided to give them a call. Engineer arrived and 2 mins later he said the drum was broken and couldn't be repaired and that would be a £42 call out charge. My problem is that the charge seems a bit excessive and no mention of a call out charge was mentioned when I booked the appointment on the phone.

Two visits by different engineers first one didn't listen to us about the faults and ordered several parts, he didn't seem to know machine. Second engineer had been before, completely trashed the first diagnosis and only fitted one of the parts, he also refused to listen to our explanation regarding the problems even though we explained that we have been using the machine for 5 + years and the faults only recently occurred he insisted that we weren't using the machine properly. Needless to say we still have the same issues. We pay monthly and will be cancelling when our plan contract finishes in June. I feel that they will do everything other than replace the machine so that you keep paying for the insurance which taking our payment to date probably would have payed for 2 machines.

Family run business who are all knowledgeable about their products. We dealt with the son who remembered us from a few weeks ago whilst in browsing. He was able to get us a great deal on our appliances as we where buying a washing machine a fridge freezer and separate hob and oven. Would most definitely recommend buying local great prices and free delivery.

I purchased a paddle for an atifry and gave the guy what i assumed was £20 , he gave me back £5 change AND a £20 note stating there were 2 stuck together. It lovely 2 know there are still honest people in the world.

Brought a fridge freezer off these guys three years ago. Fridge part is broke already. I phoned up to get one of their repair guys out, and the fella showed up 45 mins late to spend 5 mins in my house telling me the fridge was broke and asked for a £42 call out charge. Gangsters
