Very helpful & friendly staff, not pushy sales. Home measuring service was excellent too.The whole process from the home visit to going to the showroom for final selections worked smoothly.

Great advice and fast service. Left it late to get delivered and fitted before Christmas, but they are doing everything they can to accommodate us!!

Always had great service at this store. All staff are always friendly and attentive. Recently visited again for flooring, i was served by Trisha who was a great help. Great customer service I will continue to use this store.

Trisha helped me get exactly what I needed.Sale was straight forward.Carpet fitters Mark and Colleague did a great job.Whole experience was seamless and professional.

Really bad experience. Job was very bad. New carpets torn during installation, vinyl placed on debris and not cut properly, carpet not secured and grips broken by installer. Extensive damage to skirting boards.The store has not contacted us once after we reported it. Customer service is stating that we are providing inaccurate information despite providing pictures. Customer service are demanding that we accept the job or allow the same fitter who damaged our property to redo the job. They stated that property damage is covered in the terms and conditions.They eventually offered us a £95 refund. Disgusting service and manipulative customer service staff. See pictures.Absolute cowboys, do not use.

Great service and advice from Tricia in the Linwood store. I recently purchased laminate flooring and also had it fitted.The fitters Ramon & Jamie who installed the floor were punctual, polite and professional.I would have no hesitation in recommending Tricia and her team in the Linwood store to others.Thanks againBilly Stevenson

While in the Linwood store Trisha was extremely helpful and had good knowledge and offered great advice. Definitely be back. I would recommend the store to friends also ask for Trisha.

BEWARE. Once the carpets are fitted they don't take responsibility for fitters workmanship. BEWARE. You would be better off getting a reputable fitter instead of the one they employ in your behalf. 13 days after fitting and still no resolution. Same problem as previous review where thresholds were not correctly fitted and carpets not correctly cut, not fitting flush on the edges. Bedroom carpet was meant to be a single piece into cupboard but was cut. Vinyl lifting in places in Kitchen.Branch staff unhelpful in contacting the fitter. £320 wasted as I need to get somebody in to rectify. Unable to upload pics.

Placed an order four weeks ago and after two weeks had no information L on a fitting date, despite two emails giving date. You are told by the store to ignore those emails and wait for a call, which in itself seems so shoddily done. When no call came after two weeks I contacted the store to be told they’d check and get back to me. Had to call back myself later to be told there was no change in information, they’d get back to us when the warehouse contacted them.Another week passed and no information so called again to be told this time our carpet still wasn’t in stock. We had never been told it was out of stock. Redecorated home with no carpet for four weeks now, so we have cancelled the order. No communication at all from the store and no attempt to rectify our inconvenience, just offered a refund. A refund which I requested days ago and had to chase up this morning.Another carpet retailer measured, quoted and will fit within six days of initial contact and better value for money than carpetright.

Great range of carpets. Paul the salesman was a great help with choosing our carpets explaining all the tech details etc.Thankyou Paul
