Weird place, booked an appointment to view items the day before auction, arrived on time to be asked where my mask is.........I don't have one" I said......that's Okay we'll give you one......."there's nobody but me in the room so what do I need a mask for"?.........."to protect my staff"............."but I'm going nowhere near your staff (just one person)............."my auction

Just wanted to leave positive feedback for the excellent service I recieved recently. Large parcel of porcelain was packed swiftly and securely and delivered without a hitch, the condition report was also accurate... wish all auction houses worked this way..thank you

Bought some beautiful indian puppets recently - a whole box of them! I was able to pay a reasonable price for them and enjoyed taking part in the auction. I also left a phone bid just the other week and managed to secure for myself a new fridge-freezer! The old cinema has its own unique charm and the coffee and home-made cakes were an added bonus! I think it's a lovely afternoon out and would recommend it wholeheartedly but definitely check it out on line and place a phone bid if something takes your fancy.

Not very good took several coins and medals only looked at the medals, dismissed the coins without even looking at the dates to see if they have any value

What can say!!! Well Paul Beighton, what an ignorant and arogant individual. Bought a product at the auction. We had a family death and couldn't collect. When driver arrived he delayed the driver by talking to someone else. Then no assistance offered to remove the heavy sliding wardrobe. He as no consideration to anyone else, other than himself. I'd say stay well clear of his auction house.

We have bought and sold at Paul Beighton's and would highly recommend this auction house. The staff are friendly and welcoming and take time and care to explain the sale process. Personally I would rather travel a little further to sell my items with them, as I have absolute faith in their judgement.
