One of their clubs lost my coat and then refused to give me my full refund for my coat! Furthermore they have the worst customer service ever! I almost felt threatened just speaking to them. After that they sent me a cheque for half the cost of my coat, to the wrong address then said they had confirmed it with me which they hadn’t. Idiots!

It states on the website that the staff look after you even when you leave the club. In fact, its the opposite. I was laughed at and the guys on the door touched my friend inappropriately (hurting her!!) Do not come to Pyrzm Leeds! I rang to complain & the woman didn't help and laughed it off.

Rude, obnoxious door staff at Evoque Preston. Discriminating and told my daughter she had to speak to them in her own language to prove her driving licence was her own. Shes a Welsh student at UCLan and a fluent Welsh speaker. Accused her of speaking Elvish and banned her when she spoke to them in Welsh|||||

Vile Money stealing company. Switch nightclub ‘declined’ my card but didn’t .. they took TWO payments and are not giving it back. This has been going on for 2 months. There seems to be only two staff members who answer the phone, they must be very thick skinned! As this happens to hundreds of people. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK. Share on social media if this happens to you. Let’s stop this disgusting company from continuing to take peoples money!

I have had the most unprofessional and infuriating correspondence with rekom. I was charged twice for the same round of drinks at switch in southampton and have been chasing rekom guest relations for weeks, who never answer any of their 3 numbers, emails or voice mails. When I am lucky enough to speak to someone I’m told it will be 5 days… still no money refunded 5 weeks later.

Went to Pryzm in Leeds and that place was dope, came from america for a little vacation from my job in Utah. Friends took me out and we had the time of our lives, things were pretty safe despite the reviews, they upped their staff and i recommend this place everytime my homies wanna come to the U.K

Went to a night ran by this group, at Pyrzm Leeds. The staff abused us and the company are not willing to accept their shortfall!! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO STAY SAFE.

Poor customer service in resolving problem. Lack of communication in responding to emails. Staff claimed card declined payment but instead took 2 payments. Head office state payment has been reimbursed but nothing in my account from them and even had to send them evidence of my account which I did and shock no response from them. Been going on since August 2023
