IDT provided us with a fantastic service from start to finish. Daniel was very professional, supportive and helpful throughout. He transferred our email and file storage system to a new service in a very smooth and efficient way so we weren't inconvenienced in the slightest. They are also very quick to respond to technical queries and will give assistance immediately if needed. I would highly recommend IDT for all business IT needs.

We signed up IDT Solutions for our business recently, predominantly as we have been having major issues with our email host and Microsoft account. David at IDT has worked diligently to solve the quite complex IT issues we were having, meaning our systems are now synced and working as they should be. He kept us informed throughout the process and made it clear to understand each step of the way. I have only been working with IDT for a short time, but highly recommend.

Thanks IDT Support for all your assistance over the the last 15 years or more. It is essential never to be scared to ask a question, even the dumb ones. No question I ask is any trouble and usually fixed very quickly. The team never make me feel like I am an IT dummy, which I am of course! This is not all about their very high levels of skill but also their customer care which is a rich vein in the company.
