Spey Models and Tea Room
We popped by Spey Models and Tea Room this afternoon whilst driving through Grantown-on-Spey. Mike and Jennifer were very welcome and happy to chat - nothing was too much trouble. The shop offers a great range of model railway supplies, in N, OO, O and some larger gauges. We didn’t indulge in the tea room but the food looked great! Will definitely be returning when we next visit Scotland.

Very good tea and cake.Also the model shop was excellent, very knowledgeable and lovely people.. If I am back up this way I'll be going back there

Spey Models and Tea Room
This is a very unique shop with a small cafe. This shop sells model railway railways, radio controlled cars etc.I will confess that I was looking for some hot soup on a cold October day. The shop doubles as a small tea room and very good it was. I had minestrone soup which came with a crusty roll. I also had a small tray bake and a cup of tea. The lady told me this was their first autumn/winter season open.

Lovely little tea room at the front serving tasty treats, very good tea (and coffee, so I’m told), and there’s a great selection of models and modelling supplies at the rear. The folk who run the place are very welcoming and happy to chat. Dogs welcome as well which is a great bonus - they even gave our little boy a complimentary gravy bone which he very much enjoyed! Big thumbs up from me!

Well here’s something different.Very welcoming, a great place to call in and browse the model railway shop, lots in store to tempt you for your own layout. Jenny runs the Tea Room. Lovely coffee and a selection of yummy cakes and scones. Very popular when we went with lots of smiling faces.Recommended

Lovely tea room with a model shop at the rear which really took me back to my childhood also the scones were delicious and cakes looked amazing Jenny and Mike were so welcoming would highly recommend
