Tapi Tiles Basildon,is a Joke,worst customer service,rough attitude,,Run by crazy mental people,Bad behaviour,ask high hidden price,Lady called DEBRA is enough to destroy business alone.She Should be kicked out.I would never go close to Tapi Tiles show room,Good place for mental people but not for gentlemen who knows his right.Same work we had done with 50% price from others.The staff should be involved is cleaning job not Customer service,Low class people should do low class job not Destroy tapi owners business,I feel sorry for the owner that some mental people downing his business.old Measurement man also joke .Ryle customer care attitude is nice.For him actually i went to proceed,But Crazy Debra and mental measurement man Lost me out.

Second time I have brought a floor from Tapi, these guys are great, there is no high pressure sales in these stores and the staff are more than willing to offer information about what offers and discounts are on at the time. I have more rooms to be done and will definitely be using Tapi in the future.

Lots of ready cut rolls, reasonably priced

Replaced stair and landing carpet. Got good advice and service in store at mayflower store.Survey and fitting booked easily and dates were met.Carpet was fitted quickly with fitters working quickly and politely and cleared up everything.Very pleased with carpet and finish.100% satisfied with the service provided. - Thanks.

Having given the shop my room dimensions, for laminate flooring, they over estimated the amount of packs required. 3 unopened packs of floor which they will not refund.Will be taking this further.Very unhappy with Basildon store.Common sense prevailed and Customer services called quickly to rectify the matter. Shame that Basildon store couldn't have resolved it, but credit to customer services (Pritesh) for getting on the case quickly and resolving.

I dealt with John today on the phone (I hope I got your name right) and I have to say that from the very beginning of the call he was so very helpful! One of the things that I really appreciated was how very patient he was with me and he never made me feel like I was a burden! He also ended up saving me quite a bit of money too! So all around 5 stars! Thanks for helping this damsel in distress :-)

Rude staff when I said greeted them he said hi rudely back. Instead of asking how can I help you he just look at me and my family. I will never be coming back after this terrible customer service.

I wanted to share a review of this store as I was very shocked and dissapointed having previously having a good experience here before.We went to this store on the 16th of august.Very unhelpful member of staff that looked to be the manager seemed like we were an inconvenience him that we were there no customer friendly at all.Hi quick pointed to several blocks of carpet and left us to it eventually another member of staff seen we were confused and helped us.We left with out purchasing as we were disappointed in the service.Not sure we will return to tapi which is a shame as we wanted to get all our house carpeted by tapi.

We found the carpet shop had a good range of carpets although not the colour carpet we wanted. We spoke to a very helpful, friendly and polite shop assistant who advised us to get a measurement service booked with no obligation and we would be able to see a whole range of colours the carpets come in. We did this. When the person arrived he thought he was coming to measure for a sale that morning and said that he had come to sign us up for a carpet!! That was not our intention at all and the assistant was aware of this. I am not saying to not go there but make sure you make it clear what you want when things get booked and arranged.
