Lexus Leeds

I booked in at Lexus Leeds for recall work on 20 July. The service received was outstanding from start to finish. I couldn't locate my ID, which had fallen in the car, however they gave me the time to locate an alternative and even offered to take me home to collect alternative ID. Luckily this wasn't necessary. I was given one of their newest Lexus models for the day as a courtesy car whilst mine was repaired. Attentive, courteous and friendly staff. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Lexus Leeds.

Hello. Today was an exciting day for us and we are overjoyed with our new Lexus NX300h. We received a warm welcome, a professional introduction and presentation of this wonderful car by Yaaseen. I just wanted to share my recent experience with the Team at Lexus Leeds. My Toyota CHR lease had expired and I'd ordered a Lexus 250h as a replacement. I returned the Toyota to Lexus Leeds and collected the Lexus in 1 trip. The handover process was quick and painless and protected the interests of both parties. The functionality of the vehicle and on-board systems was clearly and effectively demonstrated and I was underway in the Lexus in no time. I was particularly impressed by the Big Reveal whereby the vehicle is located behind tinted glass in the processing room and with some clever lighting technology is revealed to the customer once the paperwork is completed - Awesome ! I will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend Lexus Leeds wholeheartedly.

Matthew Chong did a brilliant handover of our new Lexus. He's a very friendly, professional sales person and he highlighted everything we needed to know about our new car and the dealership. This was my first time I had MOT & Interim Service booked and chose the collect & delivery and I must say every person I have spoken to were exceptional. I was told Michael will be collecting my car at 7am, and he was right on time, very impressed.Love the fact a video is also sent by the technician of any issues/car is in great condition etc.Overall an amazing experience compared to other car companies I have dealt with. The second service was scheduled for yesterday, and Rob at the front desk displayed great professionalism and politeness. He kept me well-informed throughout the post-service and valet, even offering me a coffee and a biscuit while I waited for my vehicle to be retrieved.I'd like to give a special mention to Chloe, who handled the administrative tasks. Her professionalism, excellent customer service, and the way she kept me updated were noteworthy. She also arranged for a loan car during the interim.Please convey my gratitude for their outstanding customer service.

Great service from start to finish, the whole process was smooth and exceptionally professional. Everything was perfect from our time in the showroom to collection. A car dealership like we’ve never experienced before. Everyone was lovely. It was a nice touch was that both managers also took time to introduce themselves to us. The receptionists that we met on both days were really welcoming too.
