Chiko was amazing, I had a reoccurring hamstring injury that wouldn’t go away. After seeing Chiko he developed a rehabilitation plan, which helped me get back football slowly and steadily. A month on and my hamstring injury hasn’t reappeared and I also feel quicker and stronger in my legs. I highly recommend Chiko’s services for any injury or rehabilitation needed.
